Biography
I am a Chemist turned Systems Biologist. I specialise in rational design (reverse engineering/modelling) of microorganisms (yeast, E.coli, cyanobacteria) in order to improve biofuel and fine chemical product yield. I have 7 years experience developing symbiotic computational and laboratory projects. (Key Skills: stoichiometric reconstruction; stoichiometric modeling; algorithm development; kinetic modelling; metabolism)
